Additionally, a 3% Late Fee Penalty is assessed 45 days after the final payment due date (Dec 15 for Fall, May 15 for Spring).
What is Xavier's One Stop to eXcellence and how do I contact them?
The One Stop to eXcellence (OSS) combines Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and Registrar services in one place. They can help with FAFSA, fiscal clearance, registration, and enrollment questions. Contact: onestopshop@xula.edu or 1-844-XU1-STOP, M-F 8:30am-5:00pm. Schedule an appointment via QLess.
What holds are placed on my Xavier account if I have an unpaid balance?
Registration blocks are placed on accounts with past-due balances — continuing students must have a zero balance to participate in early registration. Unpaid accounts also block official transcript requests and verification of enrollment. To remove holds, the account balance must be paid in full.
