Your inbox is full of noise. Even if you check it every day, that one financial aid deadline or registration hold notice is easy to miss in the flood.

South Seattle College student account questions
What happens if I don't pay my tuition at South Seattle College by the deadline?
If you do not pay tuition and fees in full or enroll in the Nelnet Payment Plan by the tuition due date (generally within 7 business days of your first registration, or by the first day of the quarter), you will be dropped from your classes. If you are on the Nelnet Payment Plan and miss a scheduled payment, you will NOT be dropped, but a hold will be placed on your account that prevents registration for future quarters, as well as access to grades, transcripts, and financial aid. Contact the Cashier's Office at sscccashier@seattlecolleges.edu or 206.934.5388 for help.
What is the Student Financial Responsibility Agreement (SFRA) and do I have to complete it?
Yes. South Seattle College requires all students enrolling in courses that charge tuition/fees to complete the SFRA prior to their first registration each academic year. The SFRA is a statewide Washington agreement that outlines your financial obligations when enrolling in classes, including responsibility for paying college-related costs. You complete it through ctcLink. For help, email StudentFinancial@seattlecolleges.edu.
What is the tuition refund schedule at South Seattle College?
For fall, winter, and spring quarters: you receive a 100% refund if you withdraw during the first 5 instructional days (minus a $6 processing fee), or if the college cancels the class. You receive a 50% refund if you withdraw by the Friday of the 3rd week of the quarter (or within 14 calendar days in summer). After the 20th calendar day (14th in summer), there is no refund. Contact the Cashier's Office at sscccashier@seattlecolleges.edu or 206.934.5388 with questions.
