Does USA offer a tuition payment plan?
Yes. USA offers a payment plan with 4 monthly installments for Fall/Spring. There is a $35 nonrefundable processing fee and a minimum balance of $400 to enroll. First payment and fee are due at enrollment. Students with outstanding balances from prior terms are ineligible.
What is the late fee if I miss a payment plan installment?
A $15 late fee applies per missed installment for Fall/Spring semesters; $30 for Summer semester installments.
What happens if my balance goes unpaid?
Unpaid accounts may be referred to an outside collection agency. Up to 34% of the debt will be added to your account as a collection fee, and the account will be reported to credit bureaus.
What is the tuition refund schedule if I withdraw from classes?
For Fall/Spring standard courses: 100% refund during week 1, 75% during week 2, 50% during weeks 3-4, and 0% after week 4. Summer schedules may vary.
