How can I pay my tuition at Phoenix College, and is there a payment plan?

Phoenix College offers the Student Tuition Payment Plan (STPP): a $25 non-refundable plan fee plus a $15 down payment ($40 total to enroll). Installment payments are processed on the 5th of each month with no interest. Fall 2026 tuition is due July 27, 2026.

What happens if I have outstanding debt at Phoenix College or any Maricopa college?
