Any outstanding balance on your student account will prevent you from registering for classes and will result in the University not publishing your grades for the last term on transcripts. Degrees and certificates will not be posted until all financial, academic, and other obligations are fulfilled. Finance charges accrue daily at a rate of 0.027% on any past due balance. Where do I check my account balance, charges due, and holds at Pepperdine?
Log into WaveNet (wavenet.pepperdine.edu) and go to the FINANCES section. Under 'Account Activity' you can see charges, credits, and refunds. Under 'Charges Due' you see amounts and due dates. Under 'Pending Aid' you see financial aid status. Billing emails go to your Pepperdine email address: new activity notifications weekly, due date reminders 5 days before due, and overdue reminders 1 day after a missed due date. You can also contact Student Accounts in person, by phone at (310) 506-8000, or by email at SeaverSA@pepperdine.edu.
