What happens if I have an unpaid balance at NSCC?
If you have an unpaid balance, NSCC will contact you via billing statements, phone, email, and final notices. A $51 late fee may be assessed for missed payment deadlines, and failure to arrange payment may result in course removal. Past due balances are referred to Massachusetts for state intercept of tax refunds and lottery winnings over $600, and may be assigned to an external collection agency with an additional 16% collection fee. Where do I check my account balance and bill at NSCC?
Log into myNorthshore at my.northshore.edu to view your bill, financial aid award, and account balance. NSCC does not mail paper bills. Review your eBill and determine if financial aid covers your costs. If not, act on a payment option before the deadline.
