Lawrence Technological University student account questions
What happens if I have an outstanding balance at Lawrence Tech?
LTU charges a $30 late fee per month on accounts not paid by the second payment due date each semester. Diplomas will not be released if you have any past-due financial obligations. If unpaid tuition remains delinquent, it may be forwarded to a collections agency. Contact the One Stop Center at enrollmentservices@ltu.edu or 248.204.2280 to discuss your account.
What holds can prevent me from registering at LTU?
Registration holds at LTU include financial holds (unpaid balance on your account), advisor holds (required advising meeting and ALT PIN not completed — required for most undergrads), and other account holds. Log in to BannerWeb at banner.ltu.edu several weeks before registration opens to view your holds. Contact the department that issued the hold to resolve it. For financial holds, contact the One Stop Center at enrollmentservices@ltu.edu or 248.204.2280.
What happens if I stop attending classes without withdrawing at LTU?
If you stop attending without officially dropping or withdrawing, your instructor will report non-attendance. You have 10 days to respond by withdrawing or resolving the issue. If you take no action, you receive a WF grade (Withdrawal Failure, counts as F in GPA), are still charged full tuition, and the account may be forwarded to collections. You must drop or withdraw through BannerWeb or the One Stop Center.
Who do I contact about my student account or financial aid at LTU?
