Idaho State University student account questions

What is the Student Financial Responsibility Agreement and when is it required?

ISU requires students to complete the Student Financial Responsibility Agreement (SFRA) every semester before they can register for classes. It is completed via MyISU > Academic Tools > Add or Drop Classes. Students who refuse to sign cannot enroll.

What are the types of registration holds and how are they resolved?

ISU has two hold types: an Accounts Receivable hold (for collection agency debts or loans) and an Account Balance hold (for past-due balances). An Account Balance hold can be exempted if the student has an active payment plan covering tuition, fees, insurance, and/or housing rent. Contact: mariagonzalez@isu.edu or (208) 282-3898.
