Ensign College student account questions
What happens if I don't pay my tuition by the deadline at Ensign College?
If you fail to pay in full by the tuition payment deadline and haven't made arrangements, a late fee of $25 (balance under $500) or $50 (balance $500 or more) will be charged. You have until the end of the 7th business day of the semester to contact the Cashier's Office and make payment arrangements, or your classes will be dropped. Contact the Cashier's Office at cashier@ensign.edu or (801) 524-8153 before the deadline. Note: students with a valid FAFSA on file by the first day of the semester are exempt from the late fee.
What is Ensign College's tuition refund policy?
For individual class drops: you receive a 100% refund only if the class is dropped by the Drop Deadline — no refund is given after that. For complete withdrawal from all classes, prorated refunds are available through Week 8 of the semester: Weeks 1–3: 100%; Week 4: 70%; Week 5: 60%; Week 6: 50%; Week 7: 40%; Week 8: 30%. No refund is given after Week 8, or if you are suspended or expelled for honor code reasons.
