Endicott College student account questions
What happens if I have an unpaid balance at Endicott College?
If your account is not financially cleared by the semester due date (Fall: August 1; Spring: January 5), a $250 late payment fee will be assessed. Unpaid balances may result in holds on grades, diploma release, or participation in graduation ceremonies. Severely delinquent accounts may be referred to pre-collection via TSI and then to collection agency ECSI, with potential credit bureau reporting — and you will be responsible for all collection costs. Contact the Bursar's Office at bursar@endicott.edu or 978-232-2035.
What must I complete before I can register for classes at Endicott College?
Each semester you must sign the Financial Responsibility Agreement (FRA) through your Workday student account as part of onboarding. If the FRA is not signed, your registration will be blocked. Any outstanding financial balance can also result in a registration hold. Log in at endicott.okta.com to access Workday and check your registration status. Contact the Bursar's Office at bursar@endicott.edu or 978-232-2035 if you have questions about a financial hold.
Does Endicott College offer a payment plan?
Yes. Endicott offers an interest-free payment plan through Nelnet that spreads your semester balance over several months with no interest charges. To enroll, access the Nelnet Portal through your Workday Student account or through the Authorized User's page. A small enrollment fee applies. Contact the Bursar's Office at bursar@endicott.edu or 978-232-2035 for assistance.
What is Endicott's refund policy if I withdraw?
Endicott's refund schedule is: 100% in the first 7 days; 60% in days 8-14; 40% in days 15-21; no refund after day 21. Non-attendance does NOT constitute a formal withdrawal — you must initiate the process. Medical leaves of absence follow the same schedule. To begin a withdrawal, contact the Division of Academic Success at success@endicott.edu or 978-232-2290 (Diane M. Halle Library, 2nd floor).
