What happens if I have an unpaid balance at Eastern University?

If your balance is not paid by the due date (the first day of each term), a late payment fee of $165 per semester (or $82.50 per 7-week term) is charged. Each month the balance remains unpaid, a 1.5% monthly service charge is added. With any past due balance, Eastern will withhold future registration, transcripts, diplomas, and all enrollment verification documents until the balance is paid in full. Where do I view my bill and make a payment?

Eastern University does not send paper bills. You'll receive an email notification when your bill is ready, then log in to myEastern at my.eastern.edu and go to Students > Student Accounts > View Accounts & Make Payment. Does Eastern University offer a payment plan?

Yes. Eastern offers a tuition payment plan with automatic monthly installments due on the 15th of each month of the reporting term. There is a non-refundable signup fee each term. Payment plans do not cover past due balances and do not include credit card payments without the 2.65% fee. Enroll at payplan.acipayonline.com or through myEastern. Who do I contact about financial aid awards affecting my bill?

Contact the Financial Aid Office at finaid@eastern.edu or 610-225-5102. Hours are Monday–Friday 9am–5pm (closed 3–4pm Wednesdays for Chapel during the school year). If your aid hasn't posted by the bill due date, Eastern requires you to pay in full first and then reimburse yourself once aid disburses. The Financial Aid Office is located in Janet Long Mall Cottage.
