Concordia University-Saint Paul student account questions
What happens if I have an unpaid balance at Concordia University, St. Paul?
If you are not current in your payments or on an approved payment plan, CSP places a financial hold on your account. While on hold, you may be de-registered from future classes, have financial aid canceled for future terms, have Blackboard disabled, and be unable to receive your diploma. You will also be responsible for all costs associated with collection of your unpaid balance, including finance charges, collection fees, and attorney's fees. Contact Student Financial Services at finaid@csp.edu or (651) 603-6300 to discuss your options.
What payment plan options does CSP offer?
CSP offers two payment plans per semester. The 2-payment installment plan splits your costs into two payments with a $35 enrollment fee (due Weeks 6 and 11). The 4-payment auto-pay plan divides costs into four automatic withdrawals with a $50 enrollment fee (due Weeks 1, 5, 9, and 14). If you have an unpaid balance by the Week 6 due date, you are automatically enrolled in the installment plan. A late 1% monthly finance charge applies to outstanding balances. Enroll via CSPConnect at connect.csp.edu.
Who do I contact about my tuition bill at CSP?
Contact Student Financial Services (CSP's bursar office equivalent) at finaid@csp.edu or (651) 603-6300. The office is in the Lutheran Memorial Center (LMC) on campus, open MondayโFriday 8:00 a.m.โ4:30 p.m. You can also view your balance, payment due dates, and make payments through CSPConnect at connect.csp.edu under the Payment Information or Financial Aid card.
