If you have a past-due balance, Chemeketa will place holds on your account that block registration and future enrollment. Yes. Chemeketa offers a payment plan through Nelnet for a $20 non-refundable enrollment fee per term. Depending on when you enroll, you'll pay 20–50% down upfront, with remaining payments due on the 5th of each month. Students who enroll in the plan before the first day of classes or within 10 days of registration avoid late fees. Sign up through your My Chemeketa account.
What is Chemeketa's refund policy if I drop a course?
For full-term courses, you'll receive a full refund if you withdraw by Friday of the 2nd week of the term. Shorter courses have shorter refund windows. Refunds under $5 are not issued. Contact Enrollment Services at 503-399-5001 for details specific to your enrollment.
