Cabrillo College student account questions
What happens if I have an unpaid balance at Cabrillo College?
If your account becomes delinquent, Cabrillo College may place a hold that prevents you from adding or dropping courses and blocks the release of your student records (transcripts). Delinquent accounts may also be referred to a collections agency. Students who cannot pay in full can set up a payment plan through their My Cabrillo account. Contact Business Services (Student Accounts) at studentaccounts@cabrillo.edu or (831) 477-5645.
What holds can prevent me from registering at Cabrillo College?
Cabrillo uses a Restriction Level system for academic standing. A RSTR 4 hold is placed when a student reaches Academic or Progress Dismissal status; to clear it, complete the Academic Success Workshop and meet with an Academic Counselor. Financial holds (delinquent balance) also block adding/dropping courses and the release of student records. Residency holds may also apply. Log in to My Cabrillo Self-Service to see your active holds.
Where can I check my account balance and holds at Cabrillo College?
Log in to My Cabrillo (experience.elluciancloud.com/cc366640) and go to Self Service > Student Finance to view your account balance and payment summary. Active holds and registration restrictions also appear in your Self Service account. Contact Business Services at studentaccounts@cabrillo.edu or (831) 477-5645 for billing questions.
Who do I contact about my tuition bill or financial aid at Cabrillo College?
For billing and student account questions, contact Business Services (Student Accounts) at studentaccounts@cabrillo.edu or (831) 477-5645. Walk-ins: Wed & Thu 8:00am–noon and 1:00–5:00pm (Bldg 2600, Aptos). Appointments available Mon–Fri 9:30am–3:30pm.
