Student Success Advising located at 939 Boylston Street, 2nd Floor. Each undergraduate student has a dedicated success advisor. Drop-in sessions available for 10-minute quick questions. Advisors help with registration, academic planning, graduation tracking.

Hold Policy

Hold blocks: registration Hold threshold notes: No specific dollar thresholds published publicly. Collection Policy states students must pay tuition at start of every semester. Unpaid balances result in inability to register for future semesters after college makes three collection attempts. Account then sent to external agency (33-50% fee). No diploma/cancellation thresholds published. Refund schedule: Students withdrawing before end of Week 4 (fall/spring) or end of Week 3 (summer) entitled to partial tuition credit. All fees are non-refundable after start of classes. No credit if suspended, dismissed, or withdrawn without officially withdrawing.

Unpaid balances can prevent you from registering for future semesters. Berklee will make three attempts to work with you to resolve the debt. If unresolved, your account will be turned over to an outside collection agency, which may add fees ranging from 33% to 50% of the debt owed. Does Berklee offer a payment plan?

Yes. Berklee offers a flexible payment plan through Nelnet Campus Commerce for fall, spring, and summer semesters. The plan requires a $40 enrollment fee and a deposit of one-third of the balance upon enrollment, with automatic payments for the remaining installments.
