Azusa Pacific University student account questions

What happens if I have an unpaid balance at Azusa Pacific University?

If your tuition or fees are unpaid past the due date (first day of classes for tuition), APU's Payment Solutions department may place a hold on your account restricting your ability to add/drop classes, register for future terms, and receive your diploma. Past-due accounts are charged compounding collections interest at 10% per month. If APU exhausts collection attempts, your balance may be reported to a national credit bureau and forwarded to an outside collection agency. Contact Payment Solutions at paymentsolutions@apu.edu or (626) 815-6015 to arrange payment or discuss your options.

What holds can prevent me from registering or receiving my diploma at APU?

Financial holds (placed by APU's Payment Solutions department for past-due balances) restrict your ability to add/drop classes, register for future terms, and receive your diploma. Holds remain until the debt is paid in full. You can see your active holds at home.apu.edu. To clear a financial hold, contact Payment Solutions at paymentsolutions@apu.edu or (626) 815-6015.
