What happens if I have an unpaid balance at Aims Community College?

Important: not attending class does NOT automatically drop you — you must officially drop/withdraw to avoid a failing grade and financial liability.
How do I set up a payment plan at Aims?
Log in to your Workday account through the myAims portal (aims.edu/login), then go to your finances dashboard to sign up for MyPaymentPlan. The plan is managed by Nelnet Business Solutions (NBS). There is a $30 non-refundable enrollment fee per plan per semester. Monthly payments are drafted automatically on the 5th or 20th of each month. If a payment is returned for non-sufficient funds, you will be charged an additional $30 by NBS.
